Welcome to my page about Leadership: Being, Knowing, Doing which is my third book. It presents a model of leadership based upon the three ways of leadership (Being, Knowing & Doing) and the eight basics that I believe are integral to successful leadership.

The illustration above gives a visual representation of the structure of the book and how the eight basics (Purpose, Introspection, Specialism, Strategy, Implementation, Networking, Guardianship & Expertise) are grouped. For each of the basics there is pair of chapters in the book; the first explores the underlying issues with the second an example from my own leadership experience of the practical reality associated with each of the leadership basics. Below are three videos that were recorded as part of the book launch back in December 2021. Each is about fifteen minutes in length, starting with an overview of the book before discussing some of the basics in detail.
